Independent confirmation from solicitors (lawyers)

Two UK registered solicitors (lawyers) confirm the legal right to the title prior to advertising for sale.

A third UK registered solicitor writes a letter confirming the client has purchased the title.

UK registered solicitors are held to the highest standards by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority.

When adding your title to your name – other parties will automatically trust a solicitor’s (lawyer’s) word.

Legal notices/Registration

A public notice in The Gazette (which holds a royal warrant).  It is where the King announces his honours.

Notices in The Gazette can only be placed by legal professionals and therefore are regarded as completely true and legal.

A public notice in The Gazette announces to the world the date the client acquired the title and the firm of solicitors who acted.

Whilst there is no officially recognised Lordship/Lordship Title registers/societies a public notice in The Gazette provides the same function as a register but is also an official public record.

Lordship/Lordship Title Law

We employed a senior London barrister to identify the necessary law.

We do not expect you to take our word for it.  Two UK registered solicitors (lawyers) confirm that they have read, understood and agree with the barristers work. This is included in the title pack/deeds for every title sold.

Confirmation from a legal professional means you do not have to worry about understanding the law.

What scammers provide

No independent confirmation

Scammers will offer their word that they are not scamming you. As no one else will confirm their lies.

If you are taken in by a scammer and pay them money you will get a pile of worthless paper, you will NOT get a legal right to a title.

Adding a title from a scammer will probably result in you being embarrassed, as other parties will realise you have been scammed.

Legal notices/Registration

Scammers offer registration with private Lordship/Lordship Title registers/societies.

There is no legally recognised Lordship/Lordship Title register/list/organisation/society.

Registers/societies are what some scammers use to try and give credibility to their scams.

Lordship/Lordship Title Law

Scammers plagiarise and copy some pieces of real law and self certify them. This may look legal but is NOT legal.

If you are not a UK legal professional, doing your own research will lead you to make incorrect assumptions.  There is a reason that UK legal professionals have gone through many years of training and experience before being registered.

Trusting a titles web site without a legal professional’s confirmation is madness. Manorial law is highly complex, and it is easy to be convinced that a scam is legal.

Buying a Lordship/Lordship Title from a scammer means you have bought nothing, you have no legal right to the title and your money has been stolen.

Are you happy with people laughing behind your back, when you cannot provide solicitor (lawyer) confirmation?
