Before we offer an historic title for sale
We thoroughly research historic titles to ascertain if their ownership has been lost over the centuries
We use legal authorities supplied by a senior London barrister to create a new legal right to have exclusive use of the historic title
Two UK registered solicitors (lawyers) have confirmed our legal right to each historic title

How to Purchase a Title
Pay online or contact us for our bank details if you do not wish to pay online
Within two working days of payment- we will email you a Contract confirming the terms and conditions and a Conveyance Deed transferring the legal right to the historic title to you
Within two working days of receipt of the signed Contract & Conveyance Deed – we will order a letter from a UK registered solicitor confirming the transfer of ownership of the legal right to the historic title to you
Within two working days of receipt of the signed Contract & Conveyance Deed – We will arrange for a public notice in The Gazette (a publication restricted to the legal profession but also where the Crown Office publishes the King’s Honours List)
Approximately 7 working days of receipt of the signed Contract & Conveyance Deed – we will email you a scan of the solicitor’s letter and a link to the public notice online
Within 2 working days of receipt of the solicitor’s letter and “The Gazette” notice – we will prepare and send the title pack/deeds to you (including the confirmation from the three solicitors).
If a client returns the signed Contract and Conveyance Deed the same day, the whole legal process can be concluded within 15 working days.
How to Pay Monthly for a Title
Pay the deposit online (1/12 of the price) or contact us for our bank details if you do not wish to pay online
Set up a regular monthly payment for the remaining 11/12 of the purchase price
Within two working days of reservation- we will email you a Contract confirming the terms and conditions and a Conveyance Deed transferring the legal right to the historic title to you for you to sign and return
Within two working days of receipt of full payment – we will order a letter from a UK registered solicitor confirming the transfer of ownership of the legal right to the historic title to you
Within two working days of receipt of full payment – We will arrange for a public notice in The Gazette (a publication restricted to the legal profession but also where the Crown Office publishes the King’s Honours List)

Second and Subsequent Titles
If you wish to purchase more than one title we will offer a 20% discount off the lowest priced title. Please email us with your requirements or selections.
