Become the 13th Lord and Lady of Rowney Grange

1st Lord – Warden Abbey who received Rowney Grange as part of the grant from Walter Espec.  In 1198 King Richard the Lionheart confirmed the grant to the Abbey.

4th Lord – Thomas Pigot is appointed twice to the office of High Sheriff of Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.  He was lected a Member of Parliament for Bedfordshire,

8th Lord – Sir John Brett was a Member of Parliament and a Justice of the Peace.

9th Lord – Oewn Brett fights in the Civil War as a Royalist.
