Previous Lords:
A second Domesday holder in Thurleigh was Miles Crispin, who held 1 virgate here, having its former owner Levric as tenant. Miles Crispin's land became part of the Wallingford Honour, of which Reginald de Grey, lord of Thurleigh, held in 1278–9. No further mention has been found of this virgate, which probably became absorbed in the more important estate.
